lazy afternoon

alrites, its only 2.45pm & every1, including my maid is sleeping.. mago was asleep too.

but when i walked outta kitchen with a bak gua. she instantly woke up and followed me into my room. heh heh heh. my 1st ba gua for this CNY!

but for this cny, i didnt eat much goodies! really! i can even count with my left hand... one pineapple tart, loveletter, 1 kam, & today, 1 bak gua!

after 2 min

once again, tis is a super pointless entry.

*ps mago is eyeing my 2nd piece of ba gua & i am typing tis entry with only my right hand & 4th finger, cus my hands r toooo oily.

CNY Update..

time passes by so quickly! it's already wednesday by the time i type this! hais.. holiday is ending!! urgh* so now it's time for some updates on my CNY!

CNY Day 1
went over to eug's hse & then eug's mother's hse for some orange exchanging.. then stayed over at his hse till bout 11ish.. gambled abit here & there.. hee. played russian poker for e 1st time, & i actually won! muahahahha1 beginners luck eh? =p

oh ya, supposed to be in m'sia for my family side of orange exchanging, but i decided to feign sickness and forgo tt..

Many things happen while i wasnt there.. my lil bro, who was enjoying himself while playing firecrackers, had one explode in his hands! poor boy. He was rushed to the clinic ASAP and i was told he fainted - due to the pain i suppose. I feel v bad i wasnt there, cus being e eldest, what i could haf done was to calm the younger 1s there.. but i guess if im there i would haf panic like crazy, & i wouldnt haf helped at all... :
anyway i was told his face was totally green and was in shock.. shortly after, he "fell asleep" & my mother had to keep on giving him a jolt, to wake him up.

in e end, he recieved outpatient treatment and *phew* it was nothing serious.. just tt he couldn't move his thumb for 1 day and his thumb is full of blood clot.. EWW! :
and also, for the past 20 years when i faithfully went over to m'sia with them, they nvr did once step outta hse, 'cept to eat. But how was i to noe? this year they decided to go for a shopping spree at City Square!! and all expenses paid by my aunt. dammmnit.

Nonetheless i enjoyed myself in sg, more than i would be in m'sia.. =D

CNY Day 2
Went eug's brother-in-law's hse @ TPY for some orange exchanging again.. gambled a lil here & there.. but most of the time, i was just the spectator & "cashier" & the coffee girl, cus i dun gamble.. stayed there till bout 8ish before we met his frens for a movie - I Not Stupid Too..

CNY Day 3 - Today
went out shopping! hurehueahueaae haven got a chance to shop since last tue? was preoccupied with work, & didnt haf time to really go out shopping after work :\ *bah*

alas, most of the shops are still closed, so nvm.

had steamboat with eug's frens @ Tian Tian Hou Guo.. not bad larh e food..

I actually haf alot to blog bout, but it seems tt my mind is, once again, in a blank! So till then..

alrites, alrites, boring CNY this year :
not in terms of ang baos, but in terms of e holiday mood *bah*

had reunion dinner @ eug's place on fri, and then @ my family on sat - own time own target.. unlike last year, whereby we had to rush for dinner at both families on eve itself... *phew*

and..

this is my bro, who almost lost all his ang bao money! heuaheuahaeuhaeuheua! and he CRIED - with a joyous touch to it

"dun cry larh!" (after he lost his ang bao $ to my aunt who was fooling him)

"No larh! i laff till i cry" (while wiping his tears dry with his sleeves! hahahahaha)

awww* my aunt returned him e $ shortly after larh, she was just "teaching" him a lesson not to bet with so much! u noe how much they played? KIDS ok, they started with 50cents,then a dollar, then my aunt whipped up a $10, AND FINALLY $50!!! she wanna clear my bro ang bao! hahahaha!

alrites, CNY's just round e corner but yet ive got nth yet.. or rather i got it already 2 tops, 2 bottoms, 1 bag & a heels..

But i already wore 1 bottom, 2 tops & used the bag meant for CNY. so does it still count as CNY clothes?

more than often, there are things in life which i wished i haven said or done. but all of which are too late to be salvaged..

i often like to say things in jest, only to regret it late. but u cant cry over spilled milk..

so i can only sit here and mourn over the lost.

went for a interview ytd. the interviewer asked me :

work - looking for a better offer - glad that there's one offer for me, but how was i to noe, the manager agreed on the salary, but the HR decided to cut the salary by $150! damn! what can u do with $150? supposed to giv my reply on the 11th. most prolly i might reject it, no point in getting the same salary back when u hafta travel longer right?

studies - the only good results i had were when i was in kindergarden! damn sec, poly everything is in the pits. & shld i further my studies? it's still a huge question mark for me. initially i've decided to study. but after some things that happened. it sorta, got me questioning again. shld i or shld i not.

had dinner @ eug's place b4 we went out to meet buddies for a movie. reached marina @ 9ish and saw the traffic jam there. gosh* it's terrible.. my dear frens who drove there got caught in the jam and we only get to meet slightly before midnight. caught a glimpse of the fireworks. magnificent i say, but it ended a tad too quickly..

caught Narnia, not a bad movie - then off the east coast for some chilling-down? went home @ 5ish was super tired. fell asleep after str. after i washed up.. still feeling sleepy. *yawns*
