Auctions

Auctions are bad for health. or rather bad for yr bank statement. a fren of mine, jialin, intro-ed me to yahoo auctions and me, with nothing to do at home, decided to pop by auctions and check things out.

starting, i was bored of it, cus i was browsing thru clothes, with those nt very nice stuff.. and i decided to go look for neckless, bracelets and such, accessories to be exact. and gosh! i saw a few that i like and guess what's the best? they are cheap! ranging from maybe 6.90 - 15.90 (plus $1 - $3 postage)!!!

and so i start to browse, and like 1 or 2 of them and soon i found a so called "good seller" whom sells really nice crystal neckless. and wolla~ i fell into that trap! -.-" am in a dilemna! shld i buy or shld i nt! gosh! grr*

met up with JJ and gf, JiaLin on Sat evening.. went for dinner b4 going for movie, Infection.. quite scary.. but cant find the meaning of it.. as in the ending is kinda messed-up. but anyway, gOt scared at a few parts.. =\ grr*

after tt we went IndoChine and as usual, the ambience there is great! =D sat outside and listened to the live band b4 they closed and went inside, cus somehow inside and outside timing are nt the same. Inside closes later... weird huh?

oh ya.. caught "Guess Who" todae.. and its quite a nice movie! really quite touching at the ending parts and funny at well, every part.

caught also, "creep" and it isnt a very nice movie.. -.-" almost puked inside the cinema cus of the way they filmed the movie. sth like blair witch project.. so jerky.. tahan-ed the 75 min inside.. (we were late for the movie u see)

oh at the cinema, we saw this really cute car board and i took a pix with it and by taking tt pix, alot of ppl turned and looked! so pai say!

was at parkway todae.. (again yea i know) went for the suki sushi buffet! and right now im quite very full! ahhaha.. ate for bout 2 hrs? quite a long time eh?

felt quite sad for the salmon tho.. it keeps staring at me.. so poor thing.. i do admire salmon for the strength and determination to be able to swim upstream for their youngs.. and now im eating them =( with them staring at me! gosh. but it was nt bad la.. quite nice.. =x

after which we went for sOme shOpping at parkway! haha

the usual place that i would go and i went todae is mango.. and guess what.. the top that i once liked ( dun really catch my eye now) a purp speg top, asked quite a few mango outlets and they all dun haf it and guess what.. i saw it todae.. and it's in my size.. -.-" strange eh? well well its ok..

bot a top frm mango and tts all for todae.. cus its quite late already and most of the shops are already closing... went to Macafe for a drink... and i keep forgetting to tap my ez link card when i get down e bus cus usually i use concession and now that i lost my concession ez link card, i m nt used to tapping when i get down the bus!! grr* gosh, some kind soul please return me my ez link card plssS? there's some sentimental value in tt card too! =(

on a much lighter note, i noticed that both of my eyes has got double eyelids! =D =D the norm would be that the left eye would hav double eyelid but dunno what's with todaE? both eyes has it.. perhaps its some compensation for all the woes that i haf todae =D

shld i go for lenses? the prob is that e last time i tried lenses, my eyes got serious serious infection / allergy and that actually scared me. >_< and till todae my eye allergy is still there. the most promient during 7th month ( no i cant see ghosts) when the insence are burnt. and the dust or whatsoever are everywhere... getting red and swollen and itchy!

kinda disappointed at starhub's services. was at suntec a few days agO, pop by starhub b4 it closes and ask whether my phone is compatiable with the Wireless internet services. and they said it was. without taking much interest in talking to me. but hey i dun mind...

called up starhub this morning(to subscribe) and they actually told me that my phone isnt compatiable. -.-?? wth! its like both starhub and telling me 2 diff things. what are they trying to do man. what the guy at suntec starhub tOld me is that my fone has a in built modemn and can surf the internet using that wireless internet thingy. but what they lady on the line told me is that the in built modemn is for the GPRS thingy. =.=' why on earth would you need a modemn for GPRS in the 1st placE? duh* gonna ask again.. dammnit..

things arent going very good these few days. with eugene going into NS soon, me having to source for a job and a few "analyse-bet" thingy (my poly mates would know best)... everything is weighing me down. i would love to enjoy this holiday that i am having now. but to think that if i enjoy and i slack this holiday, and not source for a job, this hoiliday would be endless! ha! how lame can it get? i miss sch already. hahaha..

humans are this contradicting. when u haf A, u wish for B. When u hav B, u wish for A. and right how i m in this situation. and the feeling's no good.

damn and right now im waiting for eug to come over. to acc me for church svc. he called me at ard 3.15, saying that in 10 more min he will leave his hse and meet me. and guess what. i juz called him 10 min ago (right now it's 3.45) and he said that he in the midst of his analyse analyse thing.

from the very 1st dae of sch, we knew that sth has bonded us together. something no1 cant tell. which is that we are all girls! *duh* haha yea. in that course that we were in we are the less-than 1/4 population. and of cus we are the normal ones. =) remember ba zhang? guang ying ma? ren yao ta bai cui? and so much more?
out of the so mani girls that went for mech engineering, we are considered the surviors, surviving teh test of time, the test of endurance and so much more.. here are the credits for the other girls. =)

to diana - for being yet another sweetie! she's another darling of mine. remember those daes tt we(me u lianjie) spent together when we were in, lets see year 1? 2 years ago? haha u talking bout yr duckie and in your bird world! hahaha.. and oh ya! she's 1 refuge from africa! hahaha .. and of cus during FYP, she's my companion besides eugne and i m envious of the freedom she had then.. haha..
to meiling & michelle - tho we arent very close, cus we nv hav a chance to be in the same class, we were there for eachtoehr during lectures. exchanging tips! i love them!

as of todae, i m a graduate with diploma in mechatronics engineering!
that is if i dun fail any sub this sems =D

well, lets see.. didnt sleep much these few nights. perhaps 3, 4 per dae? tiring.. but its all over.. having a mix of happiness and sadness..

happiness cus finally, i have a diploma and sad, cus the thought of the friends that i've been in the same class for 3 years would be separated, or rather would be walking different paths.. would we meet again? we never know.. all i know is tt ive completely enjoyed their company.. ive had so much fun. so much these 3 years. i mean, ya we do have our woes in school, like minor misunderstandings and such. but hey after awhile it all disappears and it all become a history.. and right now, we would be well, saying good byes and facing our future without eachother.

i miss them already. =) their craps, their jokes and the silliness that they hav. i wont forget the way that they can make a joke out of nth at all.. haha.. fun fun fun..

had fun with my fone! woot! with internet explorer and stuff. literally like a PC in a phone, which explains the name, XphoneII.. but well the thought of the GPRS charges scare me tho, 1mb for $10! gosh! thats alot! that totally turn me off man.. but well. i still like da fone.. still figuring how to use it.. and ya! its a mini mp3 player for me toO! heauheauaehu fun fun, still trying to explore..

1st paper down...

woah. 1st paper down. didnt haf very much confidence for that but guess its a passable paper ba. =)and some horrible horrible things happened this morn. reached AMK at 7.30am .. only slept for 1 hrs + the day b4. stayed up to mug for the paper.

when we reached amk we(me & eug) went for brkfast and reached school at 8am! jus as we thought we would. and guess what? that little boy! FORGOT TO BRING HIS CALCULATOR and not forgetting our paper todae is a calculation paper! gosh!tried calling my classmates.. bt who would bring extra calculators to sch? so we got on to a tibs cab and rushed back to eug's hse..

alas the cab driver didnt know how to go to eug's hse so we hafta guide him along the way and we recieved 2 LOUD horns from pissed off drivers cus that cab driver cut lanes like nobody's business! we reached eug's place at bout 815am i waited for him anxiously in the cab and less than 5 min later, we were on our way back to sch. and here's where the SICKENING PART HAPPEN.

we got onto CTE whcih leads to AMK. and we were supposed to exit from AMK Ave 5 exit where HE MISSED THAT EXIT COMPLETELY AND WE WERE ON OUR WAY TO "YISHUN, WOODLANDS OR UPPER THOMSOM ROAD"! IMAGINE HOW PANIC I WAS! IT WAS ALREADY 8.30AM AND MY PAPER STARTS THEN!!!

blardy helll and at a junction the cab driver didnt even know whether to turn left or right! blardy hell we got off the cab once we gOt off CTE and hailed for another cab, and that cab knows (thank God)how to get to NYP. we reached at ard 8.45 - 8.50am. gosh what a morning.

oh ya eug's thinking bout getting me a puppy! i love dogs, who doesnt. i want it. but i cant be selfish and think only for myself. the dog that i like, a yolkshire terrier, cost about $1600 from normal petshops, if we get it frm a farm or sth, it might be only $100/200 cheaper. so lets say the cheapest it can go is $1.2k la.

i cant be selfish and get eug to pay for that doggy of mine. and draining his bank account? i would be very happy if i really do get that puppy or whatsoever. but how can i? its so ex and he's nt even working. i would be very very selfish..

nxt, the follow-ups would cost $$ too, the injections, the food, the everything. its a long term thingy. would i haf time? would i get bored of it after awhile?

and of cus my family. my brothers and sisters would LOVE that dog. but would they take care of it for me? after awhile? i dunno la so many things to bear in mind b4 i make a rash decision. i would want a puppy, a dog, but am i responsible enuff?

anniversary

nth much on our anniversary.. went studying @ sg post, yes, studying and went for dinner at bedok and movie later on, the pacificer! nice movie!

what's anniversary for neway? for me, anniversaries, bdaes and such are juz daes for me to get upset with my bf. that he's unromantic and dunno! ha. well, still adore him the same, robin said that a survey was done on singaporean men, and they are found to be the dullest of the lot. bah* why? grr*

keep raining todae. wanna go sch but was delayed cus of e rain.. went out only at bout 4ish, singapore post to self study with eug. alas, we were too restless to be studying and we decided to call it a day.. we left at 6ish. and headed to suntec for a movie! wedding date. quite a alrite movie la.. nt bad.. their ang moh abit chim tho. =D

and b4 e movie we did something silly.. sth that i wouldnt usually do.. which is to waste my $1 coins on these!



on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th tries, we got the winnie the pooh! heuaheauahaehuaeuh so lame. we couldnt believe our luck and decided to try again and we got the minnie mouse and the fish and for the other 1 we got the simba and winnie the pooh again, tho i was hoping for dumbo the elephant or tinkle bell! but its ok.. nxt try

we(me and eug) started our relationship on the 5th april, but since it was aft midnight that it happens, so on the 6th. complicating eh? i always claim that its on the 6th, but he, always claim it on the 5th i dunno? haha and he always states our relationship to start on the 4th. why? 040404 nice number to remember haha. well lame eh?

so fast and its a year. just like a blink of an eye. i can still remember the tides that we had to pass b4 we finally got together. it was horrid. but with a fren that was always there for me... it passes jus like that. =)

2 days later, 1 year ago, i committed myself to him. =) love aint all bout feelings i guess, but its more of commitment. no doubt feelings play a big part. some1 i respected once said, "Love is committing yourself to one and only one person" and i believe strongly in that. cus u can hav feelings for that special some1, and another "special some1" but u can only giv your commitment to one.

maybe people would call me naive, saying there's no such thing as a commitment. i dunno? but right now i jus wanna live in this moment, the wonderful memories that we had.. and will have! =) i dunno bout the future, but right now, i love u
